Venue Rules
- Operating hours: 8AM–10PM
- 50% deposit is required to secure the date. All required payments must be made in full before setup can begin
- No smoking or open flames
- No external cabanas or picnic tables
- No plants may be brought into the garden
- Only booked areas may be used
- Items left overnight attract a N20,000 charge
- Setup may begin the day before the event
- Overnight setup is N45,000 unless there is an event the previous day
- Damages or alterations may attract additional charges
Vendor Rules
- Vendors are required to pay a N15,000 fully refundable caution fee
- Vendors must keep their areas clean; N7,500 cleaning fee applies if left dirty
- Vendors must bring their own chairs, tables and cleaning supplies
- No attaching items to plants, walls or ceilings
- Electrical equipment must be declared in advance; high-power equipment may attract additional charges
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 30+ days before event: 60% refund of amount paid
Cancellations 14–29 days before event: 40% refund of amount paid
Cancellations less than 14 days before event: No refund; rescheduling may be considered
