Eventspace Lagos is a venue discovery and booking platform that connects clients with event spaces and assists with venue enquiries and bookings.
- Venue Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep venue information, including pricing, capacity, amenities, photos and rules, accurate and up to date. However, information may change, and clients are encouraged to confirm details with Eventspace before booking.
- Enquiries & Bookings
The website does not currently process payments or direct online bookings. Clicking Inquire/Book may redirect you to WhatsApp to communicate with Eventspace.
A booking is confirmed only when Eventspace confirms it and all required payment or booking conditions have been fulfilled.
- Venue Rules
Clients are responsible for complying with the rules and requirements of their chosen venue, including capacity, timing, decoration and vendor requirements.
- Pricing & Additional Fees
Displayed prices may change. Additional fees, including caution, cleaning or security fees, may apply and will be communicated where applicable.
- Third-Party Venues
Eventspace works with independent venue partners and is not responsible for changes or circumstances arising from a venue’s actions, policies or decisions beyond our reasonable control.
- Media & Promotional Content
Eventspace may capture or receive photographs, videos and other content from events for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media. Clients who do not wish their event to be featured should notify Eventspace before the event.
- Website Use
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or use information obtained from the website for unlawful purposes.
- Changes to These Terms
Eventspace may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the website.
